THE
BENEFITS OF A FIT PELVIC FLOOR People who have
learned to flex their pelvic floor muscles are able to clamp
off their urethra (the outlet tube of the bladder) for good
bladder control. THE
BONUS Women who have
learned how to control their pelvic floor muscles have the
ability to flex the walls of their vagina. This leads to
more sensation for them and their partners. Men who have learned
how to flex their pelvic floor muscles have greater control
over the moment of ejaculation. If you want
stronger orgasms then start learning pelvic floor
control! Most people find it
tricky to contract, that is 'squeeze-and-lift', their pelvic
floor muscles. Those who can manage an effective contraction
find that doing repetitive contractions (doing pelvic floor
exercises, or 'Kegel exercises' as they are known in the
USA) is frustrating, as without feedback there is no way of
knowing whether they are flexing the right muscles or making
any progress. FEEDBACK Exercising without
feedback is like attempting to lose weight without a set of
weighing scales. Uncertain, frustrating and
demotivating. Without feedback,
doing pelvic floor exercises is so uncertain and boring that
many people lose interest and give up. As a result, the
condition that made them attempt the exercises in the first
place, - poor bladder control or reduced sensation
during sex - continues to deteriorate. Exercise feedback
can help you to learn the exercises quickly and motivate you
to complete the exercise program to optimum fitness and control.
Clinical Trials have
shown that people who use feedback to help them exercise
have a success rate up to 50% higher than those who do
not. P.A. Burns, et al

THERAPY FOR STRESS INCONTINENT FEMALES PRODUCTS We manufacture
two types of Perineometers to help you learn how to exercise
and keep track of progress - PFX and Peritron. PFX provides
feedback when exercising at home PFX2 and PFX3 are
for women PFXA is for men and
women Peritron is used by
Doctors, Physiotherapists and Nurses for assessing pelvic
floor muscles and for teaching pelvic floor
exercises Sensors: vaginal and
anal sensors are available separately for use with
